Older Adult Group
COMING SOON - LAUNCHING JULY 11TH
A brand new space for LGBTQ+ older adults (46+) is opening in Suffolk County. Join PFY every Tuesday from 4pm-8pm for your chance to help name and design this new weekly event.
For those who are 30 and under, free counseling, case management, and transition-related support is available. Free HIV rapid testing, rapid syphilis testing, PrEP (the pill that prevents HIV) screenings, and condoms + lube are also available!
Transportation: PFY reimburses all train and bus travel to PFY sites for services. Please bring valid paper or digital receipt.
When: Launching July 11th, every Tuesday 4pm - 8pm.
