About the Event

🌈 Introducing Project Open Doors — Empowering the Next Generation of LGBTQ+ Leaders!


Project Open Doors is a groundbreaking workforce development program created specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. Our mission is to equip young adults with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to thrive in today’s workplace.

If you’re a gay, bi, or queer man between the ages of 17–30, this program is designed just for you. Whether you’re taking your first career steps or looking to advance professionally, you’ll gain practical tools for success — from resume writing and interview skills to networking and career advancement strategies — all with the support of experienced professionals who care about your growth.
