About the Event

Finding the right support shouldn’t be another barrier.

THRIVE: BEYOND BARRIERS is a free LGBTQ+ community resource event bringing affirming services, practical support, and helpful resources together in one welcoming space.

Connect with support including name and gender marker change assistance, letters of support for gender-affirming medical care, food pantry access, asylum support letters, sexual health services, and more.

Whether you have questions, need help navigating a specific challenge, or just want to learn what resources are available to you, THRIVE is a place to get connected without judgment.

And because accessing support doesn’t have to feel clinical or complicated, we’ll also have free food, drinks, giveaways, and plenty of community along the way.

For more information contact PFY's LGBTQ Services Manager, Bri Nocerino at bnocerino@liccpfy.org or call (516) 679-9000
