Community Advisory Board

The Trans Community Advisory Board is a weekly space for trans and non-binary people of color ages 18-34 to connect, build community, and make change. Chat, learn about how we're impacted by Social Determinants of Health, and help us improve conditions for the community. If you want to make your voice heard and advocate for your community, this is the space for you!
Free and confidential rapid HIV and syphilis testing, PrEP screenings, and condoms & lube are available during all in-person meetings.
Transportation: PFY reimburses all train and bus travel to PFY sites for services. Please bring valid paper or digital receipt. Van Service is available on a first-come basis for FREE and pickup is available south of the Long Island Expressway. Call (516) 679-9000 between 3pm and 3:30pm on Thursdays to schedule van service.
When: Thursdays 6:30pm-8:30pm
Where: 2050 Bellmore Ave., Bellmore, NY, 11710
