Generation Proud
A social space for LGBTQ+ older adults (45+) is open in Nassau County on select Tuesdays from 5pm-9pm.
Free counseling, case management, and gender-affirming support is available. Free HIV rapid testing, rapid syphilis testing, PrEP (the medication that prevents HIV) screenings, and condoms + lube are also available!
Transportation: PFY reimburses all train and bus travel to PFY sites for services. Please bring valid paper or digital receipt.
When: Seclect Tuesdays from 5pm - 9pm.
